A new opportunity HERE for players looking to take control of their rating.
The DUPR Reset is officially live, giving players a defined window to reassess their rating using only recent match results. For many, it’s a chance to move past outdated scores and showcase current level of play on the court.
What is the DUPR Reset?
The DUPR Reset is a limited-time program that allows players to generate a new rating based solely on matches played during the reset window.
Running from March 16 through May 17, 2026, the Reset is open to any player with an existing DUPR rating.

The concept is simple: If a current rating no longer reflects true ability, this is the opportunity to prove it.
How It Works
Players who opt in will:
Register for the Reset
Complete a minimum of 8 matches
Play with at least 2 different partners (doubles) or opponents (singles)
From there, DUPR calculates a new rating using only those matches played during the reset period.
At the end of the window, DUPR compares two numbers:
Original rating
Reset rating
The final result? The higher rating is automatically kept.
Why It Matters
The DUPR Reset is designed to reflect how quickly the game—and players—are evolving.
For improving players, older match results can hold ratings back. The Reset provides a structured way to demonstrate progress in a competitive, verified environment.
Just as important, it’s completely risk-free.Ratings can go up—or stay the same—but they will never go down as a result of participating.
What to Expect at LTP Pickleball
At LTP, DUPR is at the center of programming—and the Reset is no exception.
Structured match play, leagues, and competitive sessions are designed to help players meet requirements and compete in meaningful games. The goal is simple: create the right environment for players to perform, improve, and accurately reflect their level.
A New Chapter for Competitive Play
The DUPR Reset isn’t just a feature—it’s a shift in how players engage with their rating.
It rewards activity, encourages competition, and puts performance back in the hands of the player.
For those looking to move up, refine their game, or validate recent progress, this is the moment to step on the court and make it count.
