Two unique divisions, exciting rallies, and a day of friendly competition showcased at the second annual pickleball tournament by LTP
On July 11, LTP Pickleball welcomed players to the courts for its Second Annual 7.0 Tournament, a unique competition that challenged teams to think strategically while enjoying a day of spirited play and outstanding sportsmanship.
The tournament featured two divisions, each centered around one simple rule: the combined DUPR ratings of each team had to equal 7.0.

One Day - Two Divisions
The first division paired teammates with DUPRs in the 3.0 range, creating balanced matchups where consistency, communication, and teamwork were key to success.
The second division paired one player with a DUPR in the 2.0 range with a partner in the 4.0 range. The format encouraged thoughtful play, as the higher-rated players focused on placement, strategy, and constructing points rather than power. The result was competitive, entertaining matches that highlighted respect for the game and the supportive culture that makes LTP special.
Long rallies, close matches, and plenty of laughter made for an unforgettable tournament that was as enjoyable to watch as it was to play.
