Fall Frenzy Brings Hundreds to Tournament
The second annual LTP Pickleball Fall Frenzy lived up to its name, bringing nearly 300 players to the courts over two weekends of competitive pickleball, September 18–20 and September 25–27.
One of LTP’s biggest tournaments of the year, Fall Frenzy also marked the return of DUPR match play after a more relaxed summer schedule. Players were back competing in rated matches across a full lineup of divisions, with plenty of close games, long rallies and familiar faces battling their way onto the podium.

After a summer focused more on casual competition, Fall Frenzy brought a different energy back to the courts. With DUPR back in play, there was a little more on the line and players came ready to compete. That showed throughout the tournament, from hard-fought early-round matches to medal runs that stretched across multiple divisions.

With thirteen events played, there were plenty of opportunities to make a trip to the podium — and five players managed to do it more than once. Tournaments at LTP are about more than the final scores. Over the two weekends, the club was filled with players, friends and families cheering from the sidelines, catching up between matches, and bringing the energy that makes Fall Frenzy one of LTP’s signature events.

Next Up: Turkey Trot
There isn’t much downtime before the next tournament.
The LTP Turkey Trot takes over the courts October 16–18 with an MLP-style team format. Teams of four players will compete together throughout the weekend, bringing a completely different style of strategy, energy and team competition to LTP.
